Frequency converter wiring terminal belongs to a kind of connector, which is divided into single hole, double hole, jack, hook, etc., from the material, copper plated silver, copper galvanized, copper, aluminum, iron and so on. They are mainly used to transmit electrical signals or conduct electricity. In engineering, they are the interface reserved for the station front project and the embedded facilities for the station back interface project.
Inverter power is divided into two categories: strong terminal and weak terminal;
(1) Strong electric terminals refer to high-voltage and high-power wiring terminals, usually including RST power supply terminals, UVW motor terminals, P+ and N-DC bus terminals, PB brake resistance terminals, E cooling aluminum sheet ground terminals, etc. The energy of the converter is transferred through these terminals, which are processed and then transferred to the motor.
(2) Weak current terminals include +24V, com, +10V and GND weak current power terminals,FWD forward turn, REV reverse, X1~X7 multi-function definition terminals, RA, RB, RC internal relay output terminals, AO analog output terminals, VI, AI analog output terminals, RS485 communication terminals, etc. These are also called control terminals.
How to turn the frequency converter, how much speed to turn it, what its current state, and how to work together with the peripheral equipment are all realized by the level of these terminals. Usually, FWD, REV, X1~X7 send instructions to the frequency converter through the opening and closing of the contact signal of the external contactors. Normally open contact is generally used to control more, some inverter can also define the positive and negative logic of the logic signal.
